What you’ll need:

• 2 cloves garlic
• 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 1 onion, chopped
• 1 carrot, chopped*
• 1 stalk of celery, chopped*
• 1 tablespoon fresh sage (optional)
• 2 cartons of chicken broth (32 oz)
•1 bay leaf
• 2 cups green beans, cut*
• 1 sweet potato, diced*
• 1/2 cup uncooked small pasta
• 3 cup turkey, diced

* to cut down on chopping time use leftover veggies!

PREP TIME: 30 MIN    READY IN: 2 HOURS

Just 3 steps! 

1. Prepare the broth with turkey, vegetables, and bay leaf. Bring to a boil and simmer for 1.5 hours. Remove from heat and place to the side. 

2. In a large pot, heat olive oil and garlic cloves until they are lightly browned. Add to the prepared broth, and heat. 

3. When the soup reaches a simmer, remove from heat and allow to steam for 5 minutes and serve.
