If you would like to learn to have brief conversations with Deaf/Hard-of-Hearing individuals who are American Sign Language (ASL) users, Independent Living of Niagara County (ILNC) has a class for YOU! The eight-week course of instruction will be presented by experienced ASL teacher Jeanette Grimaldi at ILNC’s branch office in Christ Community Church at 140 Genesee Street, at Pine Street, in Lockport, NY 14094.
The ASL for Beginners Class will be held 3:00 PM to 4:00 PM, Thursdays, from October 25, 2018 to December 13, 2018; the participants will be charged $45.00 for the Class fee and textbook. Anyone interested in taking the course should RSVP by October 15, 2018.
